My homeowners insurance company gave me E2 Roofing information for some wind damage that we had on our roof. John called and offered to come Thursday evening (same day we called them). He came in the drizzling rain and went on our roof to do a temporary fix for us until a tarp could be done the next day or so. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us completely.
